Returns Policy

Your Right to Return

At RIMNET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Greek and EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund – no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed – Items must be in their original condition
Tags attached – All original tags must still be attached
Original packaging – You can open the packaging to inspect the item, but please keep it for the return

Please note: We cannot accept returns for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@rimnet.ai with photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to resolve it.

How to Return an Item

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: We'll Provide Return Instructions
Once we receive your return request, we'll send you detailed instructions and a return authorization.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging
Use ELTA Courier for your return shipment
Good news: RIMNET covers the return shipping cost! We'll provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2-3 business days of arrival), we'll process your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-14 business days.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
We currently do not offer exchanges or store credit – only refunds
All items on our site are eligible for return (no sale or clearance exclusions)

A: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

A: We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology, which produces vibrant, durable designs that withstand regular wear and washing.

Q: How should I care for my RIMNET apparel?
A: To keep your anime-style designs looking fresh:

Machine wash cold (30°C or less)
Turn garment inside out before washing
Use mild detergent
Do not bleach
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly on the design
Do not dry clean

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately at support@rimnet.ai with your order number.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely through Wix's encrypted payment system.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Wix's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We never store your credit card information.

Q: Will I receive an invoice?
